Julia Maurer
Julia is a junior at Ferris State University, where she is studying Welding Engineering Technology. She has an interest in automation and robotics and is eager to continue learning through handson experience. During her internship, Julia is gaining exposure to different welding technologies and looks forward to developing her skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys hunting, off-roading, any adventure outside, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Carter Lammers
Carter is a senior student at the University of Toledo, where he is studying mechanical engineering. He has an interest in quality engineering and automation and is eager to continue learning through handson experience. During his internship, Carter is gaining exposure to quality related work and quality lab experience and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys sports, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Rose Trudell
Rose is a Junior at Ferris State University and is currently studying Controls Engineering with a focus on automation, quality assurance, and reliability. They are an eager student and are excited to continue learning through hands-on experience. During their internship, Rose is gaining exposure to real time troubleshooting, project design, and reliability, and looks forward to developing their skills while supporting the team. Outside of work, Rose thoroughly enjoys PCB design, music production, and performing arts. Rose is hoping to use their skills learned through education and experience as a chance to take on new challenges and to bring efficient solutions to difficult problems.

Dakota VanDerZanden
Dakota is a Junior becoming Senior in Ferris State University's Welding Engineering program (WELE). He has an interest in both the industry of Welding Engineering as well as the areas of product design, quality technologies and industrial practices as enforced by his pursuit of certificates in all three fields during his time at FSU. Outside of academics, Dakota spends his time with his BSA troop from which he obtained his Eagle Scout status and enjoying Michigan's nature through hunting and fishing. Looking ahead, Dakota is focused on bringing welding, quality, design and industrial practices together to bring a strong positive impact on the welding industry, expanding beyond simply the weld itself to everything it entails.

Demetri Kourtakis
Demetri is a freshman student at Michigan State University, where he is studying Mechanical Engineering. He has interest in aerospace and biomedical engineering and is eager to continue learning and exploring through handson experience. During his internship, he is gaining exposure to design and engineering while being on the dimensional engineering team and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys the gym, boating, pop culture, and meeting new people, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Morgan Dieleman
Morgan is a rising fourth-year student at Michigan State University, where she is majoring in economics with minors in environment and health, international development, and political economy. She has an interest in health economics, particularly health policy, regulation, and data-driven analysis, and is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience. During her internship, Morgan is gaining exposure to corporate environmental health and safety practices and looks forward to developing her skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys cooking, learning new skills, watching sports, and spending time outside, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Wyatt Boersen
Wyatt is a Junior student at Ferris State, where he is studying Manufacturing Engineering. He has an interest in Controls and Machine processes and is eager to continue learning through hands on experience. During his internship, Wyatt is gaining exposure to Robotics and PLCs and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys working out, watching sport, and hanging out with family and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Aubree Korody
Aubree is a freshman student at Northwood University, where she is majoring in accounting and minoring in Management. She has an interest in pursuing a career as a CPA and is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience. During their internship, Aubree is gaining exposure to financial, internal controls, and related processes, and looks forward to strengthening her skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys working out and playing soccer, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Sam Fregault
Sam is a third year Welding Engineering Technology student at Ferris State University with a strong foundation in welding processes, materials science, and quality control, and a growing interest in nondestructive testing of weldments. During her internship, she will be gaining hands on experience in welding robotics, weld evaluation, and daily shop operations, and she is excited to continue developing her skills while contributing to the team. Outside of work and academics, Sam enjoys leadership and service through her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, as well as mentoring her peers, and she values opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new responsibilities.

Addison Perry
Addison is a junior student at the University of Michigan, where she is studying mechanical engineering. She has an interest in design and manufacturing and is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience. During her internship, Addison is gaining exposure to different aspects of the assembly engineering team and looks forward to developing her skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys hiking and art, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Jose Rios
Jose is a third-year student at Wayne State University studying Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focused interest in system network architecture and is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience. As an intern, Jose is gaining exposure to controls engineering and automated systems and looks forward to further developing his technical skillset while supporting the team. Outside of academics, he enjoys automotive maintenance, gaming, and exploring new music, and he consistently seeks opportunities to collaborate and take on new challenges.

Clayton Lafayette
Clayton is a senior at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he is pursuing his studies while developing a strong interest in sales within the automotive industry. He is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience and is motivated to build a career that combines his passion for vehicles with his interest in working with people. During his internship, Clayton is gaining valuable exposure to professional environments and looks forward to strengthening his communication, problem-solving, and sales skills while contributing to the team. Outside of academics and work, he enjoys fishing and playing soccer, and values opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Antonio is a graduate from Purdue University Northwest, where he is studying. He has an interest in Automation, PLCs, HMIs and Robotics, and is eager to continue learning through hands on experience. During his internship, Antonio is looking to gain exposure in Process Control Engineering and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys playing Chess and Metal Gear as well as biking. Antonio appreciates his opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges with the hopes to gain skills throughout his career.

Jack is a 3rd year student at Ferris State University, where he is studying Welding Engineering Technology. He has an interest in becoming a successful Welding Engineer within the automotive industry and is eager to continue learning through handson experience. During his internship, Jack is gaining exposure to welding automation as well as engineering projects, and responsibilities, and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Devin Cerveny
Devin is a Senior attending The University of Toledo, where he is studying electrical engineering. He has an interest in the automotive industry and is eager to continue learning through hands on experience. During their internship, Devin is gaining exposure to the building of two new robot cells which will require potentially drawing schematics, reading schematics and control panel wiring, and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys going to the gym, working on his car and going to car shows, playing pool, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Ethan is a senior at Michigan State, where he is studying Supply Chain. He has an interest in operations, logistics and procurement, and is eager to continue learning through hands on experience. During his internship, Ethan is gaining exposure to inventory management and plant operations and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Wilson is a junior at Ferris State University, where he is studying Welding Engineering Technology. He has an interest in the automotive field, as well as robotic integration, and is eager to continue learning through hands on experience. During his internship, Wilson is gaining exposure to projection welding utilizing robotics and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Cameron is a 5th year student at Ohio State University, where he is studying operations management. He has an interest in continuous improvement and quality management and is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience. During his internship, Cameron is gaining exposure to operations projects, specifically in CI, quality control and materials, and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics he enjoys playing soccer, working out, surfing, hiking, reading, and opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Samuel is a Senior student at The University of Toledo, where he is studying Mechanical Engineering. He has an interest in CAD, robotics, aerospace, and the automotive industry, and is eager to continue learning through hands on experience. During his internship, Sam is gaining exposure to automotive manufacturing and controls engineering and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Nolan is a senior at Michigan State University, where he is studying Applied Engineering Sciences, with a concentration in Supply Chain. He has an interest in working in the auto industry and is eager to continue learning through handson experience. During his internship, Nolan is gaining exposure to Supply Chain functions within the materials department and looks forward to developing his skills while supporting the team. Outside of work and academics, he enjoys swimming, fishing, golfing, and watching the UFC, and appreciates opportunities to grow, collaborate, and take on new challenges.

Ali Lanni
Alessandro is a sophomore at Michigan State University, where he is studying Supply Chain Management. He has an interest in operations, logistics, and automotive manufacturing, and is eager to continue learning through hands-on experience. During his internship, Alessandro is gaining exposure to commercial management, customer operations, and cross-functional business processes, while supporting various sales and supply chain initiatives. He looks forward to developing his analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while contributing to the team. Outside of work and academics, Alessandro enjoys sports, fitness, spending time with friends and family, and staying engaged with new challenges and learning opportunities.
