Thomas Auger
Thomas is a student currently studying Welding Engineering Technology at Ferris State University and is in their junior year. Outside of academics, Thomas has an interest in Detroit Lions Football, Bowling, and Welding. Their achievements include multiple Dean's List appearances and being the 2024 National Bronze Winner for the James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation. Looking ahead, Thomas is focused on achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering Technology and gaining years of industry experience and knowledge to eventually teach the new generation of welding engineers, aiming to make a positive impact in Welding Engineering Field.

Joshua Bakelaar
Josh is a student currently studying welding engineering at Ferris State University and is in his senior year. Outside of academics, Josh has an interest in working on vehicles, jet skiing, and hiking. His achievements include obtaining an associate's degree in pre-business, painting vehicles full time for 3 years, and flipping over 20 cars. Looking ahead, Josh is focused on achieving his bachelor's degree and aiming to make a positive impact in the welding industry

Shaun Barber
Shaun Barber has recently finished his degree in Chemical Engineering at Michigan Technological University. Outside of academics, Shaun has an interest in sport shooting, playing trumpet and Magic: the Gathering. Looking ahead, Shaun is focused on learning about the duties of an engineer, seeing how decisions are made and how changes from those decisions are enacted in order to make a positive impact in Quality Control.

Marco Caruana
Marco Caruana is a student currently studying Applied Engineering at Michigan State University and is in his senior year. Outside of academics, Marco has an interest in golfing, working out, and watching sports. His achievements include playing college baseball and making the dean’s list. Looking ahead, Marco is focused on achieving his bachelor’s in applied engineering and pursuing a career in technical sales, where he can combine his engineering background with strong communication and problem-solving skills to make a positive impact in the field.

Zachary Dobson
Zach Dobson is a student currently studying Computer Science at Oakland University and is in their Senior year. Outside of academics, Zach has an interest in coding and music. Their achievements include creating an image hosting website. Looking ahead, Zach is focused on learning a lot at Autokiniton and improving the quality of technical services wherever I end up, aiming to make a positive impact in Computer Science.

Molly Evans
Molly is studying Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan and is in her junior year. Outside of the classroom, Molly enjoys swimming, weightlifting, and cooking. Her achievements include being Secretary of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan. Looking ahead, Molly is looking forward to graduating with her degree and having the ability to foster her love of learning. She plans to continuously learn to expand her skill set and be able to adapt to the evolving industry. She is determined to make a long term impact in operations and manufacturing.

Jessica Falls
Jessica Falls is a student currently studying Environmental Science and Sustainability at University of Michigan and is in her senior year. Outside of academics, Jessica has an interest in fitness, traveling, and going to cars and coffee events. Her achievements include being a James B. Angell Scholar and receiving an offer for the Accelerated Master's Degree Program at UofM. Looking ahead, Jessica is focused on receiving her Master's degree in Sustainable Systems and working for a major car company, aiming to make a positive impact in the automotive industry.

Elin Gebrowsky
Elin Gebrowsky recently completed her bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Supply Chain at Indiana Tech as a junior and will return in the fall to pursue her Master’s in Supply Chain Management. A collegiate golfer and cooking enthusiast, Elin has been recognized as the College of Business Supply Chain Management Outstanding Student, Captain of the Women’s Golf Team, and an active advisor for Indiana Tech’s Undergraduate Student Advisory Board. She holds the Salesforce AI Associate Certification and is passionate about how AI can enhance forecasting, decision-making, and resilience in the automotive supply chain. Elin looks forward to bringing her leadership, curiosity, and innovative approach to a forward-thinking team shaping the future of mobility.

Natalie Greiner
Natalie Greiner is a student currently studying Welding and Fabrication Engineering at Pennsylvania College of Technology and is in her Junior year. Outside of academics, Natalie is interested in running, hunting, and fishing. Looking ahead Natalie is focused on achieving multiple certifications in multiple welding processes and to one day work as a weld engineer for a space or aerospace company, aiming to positively impact on Welding and Fabrication

Simon Griemert
Simon is a student currently studying Computer Science at Oakland University and is in his Senior year. Outside of academics, Simon has an interest in track and field, music, and drawing. His achievements include Oakland University Platinum Presidential Scholar, member of the honors college, and Oakland Mathematics high achievement award. Looking ahead, Simon is focused on graduating with a bachelors in Computer Science and Math and to then get a job working in Computer Science, aiming to make a positive impact in the field of cybersecurity.

Ethan Grimm
Ross Ethan Grimm is an accomplished student pursuing a B.S in Welding Engineering at Pennsylvania College of Technology, with anticipated graduation in May 2025. Beyond academics, Ross has a passion for bass fishing, drawing, and caring for his pet fish. His achievements include earning an A.S of Science in Welding Technology and returning as an intern with the company. Looking ahead, Ross is ambitiously working toward a Minor in Robotics, which he plans to complete by May 2026. His future aspirations include rejoining the Greenville plant in a full-time capacity, where he aims to make a meaningful contribution to the Weld Engineering team, combining his expertise, creativity, and passion to drive innovation and excellence for the company.

Jackson Guillery
Jack Guillery is a sophomore at Ferris State University, currently studying Welding Engineering Technology. Jack has consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List, is a member of the Ferris State Honors College, and is a proud recipient of the AWS Detroit Section Scholarship. Outside of academics, Jack has interests in fishing, hiking, golfing, and playing hockey. Looking ahead, he is focused on completing a bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering and pursuing a career as a full-time engineer, aiming to make a meaningful impact in the Automotive Industry.

Emery Gunsallus
Emery Gunsallus is a student currently studying Welding and Fabrication Engineering Technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology and is in his junior year. Outside academics, Emery is interested in competitive archery, hunting, and fishing. Emery’s achievements include being an Eagle Scout, taking 3rd place in the national YHEC (Youth Hunter Education Challenge) championship in 2022, and 2nd place in the collegiate regional competition for archery in 2024 & 2025. Looking ahead, Emery is focused on achieving his Welding and Technology Engineering degree with a minor in Robotics and is aiming to make a positive impact in his future career opportunities.

Brady Hebert
Brady is a student currently studying Welding Engineering Technology at Ferris State University and is in his Junior year. Outside of academics, Brady has an interest in hunting, offroading, and welding. His achievements include earning his associate degree in Welding Technology, receiving NCMC’s Presidential Scholarship, and holding various academic leadership positions. Looking ahead, Brady is focused on achieving a bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering and getting a job as a Welding Engineer, aiming to make a positive impact in the Welding Engineering field.

Ethan Kinkade
Ethan Kinkade is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Wayne State University and is in their Senior year. Outside of academics, Ethan has an interest in Fishing, traveling to watch Formula One races and learning about cars and engines. Their achievements include creating a gear train in CAD, using MATLAB to solve real-world problems such as shock absorbers on a car, and teaching himself TIG welding. Looking ahead, Ethan is focused on achieving a more in-depth understanding of how the manufacturing world works and improving his problem solving skills in the workspace, aiming to make a positive impact in Mechanical Engineering.

Cameron Korhumel
Cameron Korhumel is a student currently studying Operations Management at The Ohio State University and is in their Senior year. Outside of academics, Cameron has an interest in sports, reading, and hiking. Their achievements include getting into my dream school, being named captain of my club soccer team, and landing my 3rd internship. Looking ahead, Cameron is focused on learning more about CI along with helping to improve the company to the best of my abilities and finding out what kind of environment I want to be working in, aiming to make a positive impact in continuous improvement.

Carter Lammers
Carter Lammers is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at The University of Toledo and is in their Senior year. Outside of academics, Carter Lammers has an interest in sports and 3D printing. Their achievements include participating in Kaizens, 2nd Team All WBL in soccer. Looking ahead, Carter Lammers is focused on achieving a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and possibly getting a full time position with Autokiniton, aiming to make a positive impact in Mechanical Engineering.

Jameson McKnight
Jameson is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Engineering at Lake Superior State University and is in his senior year. Jameson is interested in hunting and fishing, golfing, and watching sports outside of academics. His achievements include being a fourth-year intern at AUTOKINITON, being involved in his church and community, and being the Vice President of the LSSU Fish and Wildlife Club. Jameson is focusing on graduating college and using his education to improve plant efficiency and part quality within the Elkton facility.

Garrett Patrick
Garrett Patrick is a student currently studying Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology and is in his sophomore year. Outside of academics, Garrett has an interest in fishing, golfing, and weightlifting. His achievements include winning an American Welding Society award and making the Dean's list. Looking ahead, Garrett is focused on graduating early and becoming a CWI, aiming to make a positive impact in the metal fabrication industry.

Addison Perry
Addison Perry is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan and is in their sophomore year. Outside of academics, Addison has an interest in music, art, and nature. Their achievements include Dean's Honor List and Design and Manufacturing competition runner-up. Looking ahead, Addison is focused on achieving her goal of graduating with honors and getting her Masters, aiming to make a positive impact through sustainability in mechanical engineering.

Andrew Rios
Andrew Rios is a junior at the University of Detroit Mercy, currently studying Robotics and Mechatronic Systems Engineering. Outside of academics, Andrew enjoys volleyball, spikeball, and working out. His achievements include being on the Dean’s List throughout college and receiving the SEED Scholarship, a full-ride award granted for academic excellence. Looking ahead, Andrew is focused on gaining deeper knowledge in the automotive field and exploring whether it’s the right fit for a full-time career. He aims to make a positive impact in the automotive industry.

Ethan is a student currently studying Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University and is in his senior year. Outside of academics, Ethan has an interest in lifting weights, running, and cycling. His achievements include being on the Dean’s list every semester at MSU, running a half marathon, and being a second-year intern at AUTOKINITON. Looking ahead, Ethan is focused on developing resilient supply chain solutions and aiming to make a positive impact in creating sustainable and efficient global networks.

Riley Schweer is a student currently studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Toledo and is in their Senior year. Outside of academics, Riley has an interest in jiu-jitsu, reading, and gaming. Looking ahead, Riley is focused on achieving graduation at the end of the year and getting his black belt in jiu-jitsu, aiming to make a positive impact in Electrical Engineering/Controls Engineering.

Abdiel Sedano
Abdiel Sedano is currently a student in their junior year at Purdue University Fort Wayne studying Electrical Engineering. Outside of academics, Abdiel has an interest in robotics, anime, and spending time with family. Their achievements include designing an engineering exhibit for Science Central and maintaining a 3.8 GPA. Looking ahead, Abdiel is focused on achieving new skills from their mentor and learning to apply them into future roles as an engineer aiming to make a positive impact in the field of electrical and controls engineering.

Gavin Williamson is a student currently studying Supply Chain and Logistics at Mississippi State University and is in his senior year. Outside of academics, Gavin has an interest in working on cars, traveling, and motorsports. His recent achievements include internships with BMW and the completion of his degree. Looking ahead, Gavin is focused on having a fulfilling internship with Autokiniton and achieving employment within the automotive industry, aiming to make a positive impact in automotive manufacturing.

Jacob Zahoransky is a student currently studying Mechanical Engineering Tech at Kent State University in their Senior Year. Outside of academics, Jacob has an interest in running, being outdoors, and killer sudoku. Their achievements include valedictorian and becoming an Eagle Scout.
