Kelly Mougey is the Continuous Improvement Manager at our Avon and Bellevue Ohio plants. She has been with AUTOKINITON for 23 years. Kelly’s journey started as a Production Operator in 1999 moving into multiple roles throughout Quality and Continuous Improvement departments at AUTOKINITON. She enjoys working at AUTOKINITON as each day provides a new challenge and an opportunity for growth. Her advice for prospective candidates is the opportunities for growth are here, she believes she is proof of that. As part of new hire orientation she encourages new associates to “Sign up for teams and/or become an internal auditor to learn every department to see how they operate, it’s the best way to see where you want to expand your career to.” Some of Kelly’s proudest moments while working at AUTOKINITON have been empowering groups to make positive change. Kelly likes to spend time gardening, camping, and riding motorcycles in her free time outside of work.
