Ryan Bell has worked for AUTOKINITON totaling 5 years and is currently the General Manager at our Oakland Stamping location in Detroit. In May of 2018, Ryan returned to the company to work as a Regional Supply Chain Manager. Ryan describes returning to the company as feeling like returning home. 

The relationships and connections he has formed throughout his time working here will last a lifetime. “Returning home was one of the best decisions I have ever made” Ryan said. He has loved every minute of his experience working for AUTOKINITON, starting as a Manufacturing Intern and now a General Manager. Ryan’s best advice to future candidates is that the culture isn’t based on seniority, it is based on working hard, and rewarding the people who get results. 

Outside of work Ryan enjoys restoring his 100 year old home. He loves the great work-life balance that he is able to have because of AUTOKINITON.
