Tracy Clayton is a Quality Tech at our Madison, Mississippi plant. Tracy has been with the company for 19 years and started off as a Production Operator and then was promoted to Quality Tech in 2021. Tracy’s proudest moment working at AUTOKINITON is when she gets the opportunity to train new associates on the job. Before working at AUTOKINITON, Tracy did not have much knowledge about welding or quality and now it is secondhand nature to her. Tracy enjoys working with her coworkers and interacting with one another.  Outside of work, Tracy enjoys shopping, eating cake, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
